November. The dreaded (for most) time change. Give me a couple more days, I’ll start to get used to it. Steve G here. One thing I do know though, the time might change, but the great programming on Maine Internet Radio is perfect for anytime!

How much is that radio station owner in the window?

Maine Internet Radio is always looking for ways to interact with you. Whether it’s on our Facebook page or contacting us through our website MaineInternetRadio.com, we really want to hear what you have to say. Well, there is another way to do it now and it’s face-to-face! We have a space right in the window at CoVort. What and where is CoVort? CoVort | Facebook CoVort is at 49 Main Street in historic downtown Bangor. They are a co-working space focused on serving entrepreneurs, professional service providers, and digital nomads.

Work. Learn. Socialize.

Maine Internet Radio’s Kim Mitchell is at CoVort getting some work done, but he will always have time to take a break, have some coffee, talk about music, Maine Internet Radio, sports, technology and also show you the many opportunities to help promote your business on Maine Internet Radio.

So yes, while we broadcast world wide, we are really focused on being your local Maine station. Currently there are seven stations in the group. We’re always seriously looking for another genre and station to join the group. Our stations are run by broadcast professionals who have an everlasting passion for the music they program. With deep libraries, extensive knowledge and the satisfaction of being in radio, we’re looking for that next station that is just a bit different from being a jukebox in the world of the internet.

Well, I have to clean up the mess from yesterdays Mainely 70’s Double Play Sunday party and I got to start getting ready for our special Hot 100 countdown on Thanksgiving weekend. We’ll count down the Hot 100 from Thanksgiving 1974. More details soon.
