First Week of June
It’s June!
Time to crank up the tunes outside. Remember, you can take any station from the Maine Internet Radio network on your device this June. Go to MaineInternetRadio.com. Click on the station. Then, click on “Listen Now.”
You can also access Mainely 70’s by going directly to Mainely70s.com. The same with Nice & Easy Radio. Just go to NiceAndEasyRadio.com. There is also a direct link to Wreaths Across America Radio at WreathsAcrossAmerica.org/radio.
If Alexa is your communication buddy, here’s how to set that up:
You need to make sure to enable the Live 365 Skill first. You only need to do this the first time.
To enable the skill, say:
“Alexa, enable Live 365 skill.” Make sure to say 365 as Three Sixty Five.
Once enabled, say:
“Alexa, play Live 365”
When Alexa asks, name the station or genre, say:
“Mainely Alternative,” “Mainely 80s,” “Mainely 70’s,” “Nice & Easy,” or “Cheese Radio.” It remembers the station the next time you want to listen. Unless you want to change, you hear the choice you made last time.
Just say:
“Alexa, Play Live 365.”
It says:
“You were listening to _________, do you want to listen to it again?”
Say:
“Yes.”
Be patient setting it up!
Sometimes it’s pretty finicky about pronunciation. Speak slowly and enunciate well. Don’t give up on the first try if it doesn’t work for you. Please let us know if you run into real difficulty. We can relay to Live 365.
