Maine Internet Radio Blog August 2, 2021

Summertime in Maine. Nothing like it. Hopefully you are getting a chance to enjoy some of the beauty the state offers at this time of year. Traffic notwithstanding, this is a great time to be here.

Wreaths Across America Radio is now available via Live 365. We made the transition in June from the former server and haven’t skipped a beat. Also, thanks to programming wizard Jeff Pierce, Wreaths is also on the iHeart radio platform. This development allows another way for people to discover all their great shows and features. IHeart radio is one of the top providers of digital programming nationwide.

Mainely 70’s founder and station manager Steve Ginn has been extremely busy adding more and more songs and liners to the station. He now has every song that reached the top 100 in each year of the 70’s in the playlist. That is quite a feat! Steve is working on adding more songs that just bubbled under as well in coming weeks. Mainely 70’s has the largest variety of music from that decade anywhere!! Check it out.

Looking ahead, the Mainely 70’s holiday countdown show is scheduled for Labor Day weekend. Check our Facebook page for time and details. We are also adding new sponsors. Welcome Maine Ride Detailing, our latest! Another proud local business, they are expanding and actually will be moving to a bigger and newer facility in the coming months. Maine Ride Detailing is top notch, putting pride in your ride and services the Bangor area and beyond with their mobile detailing unit.
